Entwine Wellbeing focuses on holistic health and fitness offering you yoga, Pilates, meditation, breathing, mindfulness, nutrition and menopause information.
There's 
classes in the community and online via Zoom, plus lots of things such as videos, tips and recipes etc will be available here on the site soon.
Take a look at the timetable for classes in Spalding, Gosberton, Pinchbeck and Stamford, there is plenty to choose from for all levels of ability, ages and genders.

Entwine Yoga & Pilates
This is Lisa's signature class that blends yoga and Pilates into one class offering the wonderful benefits of both. The class is open to all and would suit the active and mobile person. Entwine leaves you feeling lengthened, stretched, strong, de-stressed, relaxed and refreshed.
